NO RETURN POLICY
We have a no return policy, which means you cannot request a return for change of mind. However, if there are damages or issues with the product, we will evaluate and, if appropriate, provide a replacement in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
